Ultimo unique and green wedding in Sierra Madre

Shelley and Jason searched for a wedding style as fun, smart and creative as they are. They wanted a funky feel, trifty chic with an all in all quirky quality, also as green and affordable as possible. They found Nature Friends, the utmost unique venue in the LA area if you like a trip in the past and they teamed up with Angelica Weihs Events, known for attention to fun eco friendly details and the ability to make weddings work gorgeously for any budget.

Lily Grass for green bouquets

I have created bridal bouquets for my last two brides, as they wanted to save on a professional florist. It's not as easy as it may seem, but both, after some heart racing moments, came out rather cute. The locally sourced floral ingredients were in the hydrangeas and roses area, neither edgy nor "green" style-wise. The brides just wanted: "something pretty".
For a take on the modern green approach I find Lily Grass a cool choice. It combines with whimsical wild flowers or exotic species up to steam punk ideas.
