Green Wedding in Downtown LA

What's green about weddings in Downtown? The use of vintage as the buildings are old? Sometimes the venue is indeed so gorgeous or extreme that not much decor has to be used; imagine to have your wedding in an old bank with a huge round walk in safe with immense locks... Vintage decor fits real well into most downtown locations, and others, like the Morono Kiang Gallery, are so cool, one doesn't wanna disturb Zen with too much froufrou in any case.
My favorite: downtown locations provoke our creative energies. Traditional center pieces are subbed by unique ideas from sculptures to edibles, eclectic seating arrangements combine sofas, high tops and dining tables and reclaimed objects create new worlds. It's the Kristofer Keith Boho feel, which en wraps the downtown brides to be: green by creativity not a "must do" list.
